We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing departments in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and promotions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
