Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Engineer to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene across our facilities and operations, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation protocols and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify sanitation issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and optimize sanitation processes and systems, ensuring they meet operational needs.
- Analyze sanitation data and prepare reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Train and educate staff on sanitation best practices, procedures, and the importance of maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international sanitation and safety regulations.
- Participate in the development and execution of sanitation-related projects and initiatives, providing technical support and expertise as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest sanitation technologies and practices within the aerospace and defense sectors to enhance operational efficiency.
- Respond to sanitation-related incidents or emergencies, providing immediate solutions and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in sanitation engineering, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments and developing sanitation protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in relevant software applications and tools used for sanitation management and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with hazardous materials management and waste disposal in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of advanced sanitation technologies and innovative practices.
- Certification in sanitation or hygiene management is a plus.
