We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Counselor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The School Counselor Assistant will work closely with the School Counselor to provide support and guidance to students, parents, and staff within the educational setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the School Counselor in providing individual and group counseling sessions for students dealing with personal, academic, or social issues.
- Support the implementation of programs aimed at promoting mental health and well-being among students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs and concerns.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve student behavior and academic performance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of counseling services.
- Participate in meetings and workshops related to student support and counseling.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with UAE education system and cultural norms.
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Less than 8 years of relevant experience.
