Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scientific Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Consumer Goods sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting scientific research and development projects, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with our company's commitment to innovation and excellence in consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and execution of experiments related to product development and improvement, including formulation testing and sensory evaluation.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to consumer goods.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from experiments, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure alignment on product objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings, methodologies, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of laboratory protocols, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents as required for product launches or modifications.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative product ideas and solutions.
- Provide technical support during product trials and consumer testing phases.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related fields).
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a research or laboratory environment, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment commonly used in product testing and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
