Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Security Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors.
- Lead and supervise a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor security systems, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems, to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop emergency response plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with external agencies, such as law enforcement and emergency services, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a similar educational setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
