We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Aerospace and Defense industry, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and sales forecasts
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
