We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Transportation and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the Transportation and Logistics department
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication
- Prepare and analyze reports related to transportation and logistics activities
- Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all departmental activities
- Provide support to management in various administrative tasks and projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations is a plus
