We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our teams in the Energy sector to adopt and implement Agile methodologies and principles. You will play a key role in driving the Agile transformation within the organization and helping teams deliver high-quality products and services efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices, principles, and values
- Lead Agile workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of Agile practices
- Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on implementing Agile best practices
- Assist in the development of Agile frameworks and processes tailored to the Energy industry
- Track and report on Agile metrics and progress to stakeholders
- Support Agile teams in overcoming challenges and obstacles
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- [Random number] years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in the Energy industry
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in large organizations
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Agile tools and frameworks, such as Jira, Confluence, and SAFe
- Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, and other Agile practices
