We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Senior Application Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of application development and management within our manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of application developers and analysts to design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet the needs of the manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of application development, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Ensure all applications meet quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development and management
- Proven experience leading a team of developers in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and database management systems
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
