Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market position and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape within the energy industry. The Senior Brand Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement.

- Market Positioning:
- Define and articulate the brand’s unique value proposition within the energy sector.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and events.

- Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that brand initiatives are effectively integrated into operations.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance brand presence and reach.

- Brand Development:
- Oversee the development and management of brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all platforms.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance brand relevance and appeal.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements.

- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand strategies and campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
