Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team in Sharjah. As a Senior Compensation Consultant in the construction industry, you will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and analysis to determine competitive salary levels and benefits packages within the construction industry in Sharjah
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Collaborating with senior management to create and manage annual compensation budgets
- Providing guidance and recommendations on salary structures, bonus programs, and other incentive schemes
- Evaluating and updating job descriptions and job classifications to ensure fair and equitable pay practices
- Advising on compensation-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Participating in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to stay informed of industry trends and best practices
- Providing support and guidance to HR team members on compensation-related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation Consultant in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compensation management software
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
