We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of IT to lead our IT department in the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, project management, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the overall business objectives of the organization
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in data security and privacy
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for improvement
- Manage the IT budget and resources effectively to achieve maximum efficiency and ROI
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
