We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Editor to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Editor will be responsible for overseeing the editorial process, ensuring content accuracy, quality, and adherence to company guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of editors and writers to ensure timely and high-quality content production
- Edit and proofread healthcare-related articles, reports, and other materials
- Develop and implement editorial strategies to enhance content quality and reach
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with company goals and standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare editing
- Mentor and train junior editors and writers
- Manage editorial calendars and deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field

- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with AP style and other editorial guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
