We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior General Manager to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and logistics
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage budget and financial performance to achieve profitability targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business results
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
