Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare consulting, particularly within the consumer goods sector. This role requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and the ability to develop innovative solutions that drive business performance and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to healthcare organizations on market trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth within the consumer goods sector.

- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction.

- Data Analysis: Analyze healthcare data, market research, and consumer behavior to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and consumer goods companies, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- Regulatory Compliance: Advise clients on regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to healthcare and consumer goods, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.

- Training and Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding of healthcare consumerism and best practices in the industry.

- Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field, with a focus on consumer goods.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proven experience in project management and a track record of successfully delivering consulting projects on time and within budget.

- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the UAE and the Middle East region is highly desirable.
