We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and a strong background in all areas of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all new employees within the construction department
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Conduct regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure workforce planning and talent management strategies are in place
- Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and employee wellness programs
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance reviews
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions for improvement
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
