We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a focus on telecommunications systems and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure within the company
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of all systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on telecommunications systems

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
