Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Knowledge Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Consumer Goods sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, coupled with a passion for driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies that empower our teams and enhance our consumer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge Management Strategy: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive knowledge management frameworks that align with the company’s business objectives and enhance operational efficiencies in the consumer goods sector.

- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business decisions. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify trends and opportunities within the consumer goods market.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to gather and disseminate critical knowledge and best practices across the organization.

- Content Development: Create, curate, and manage high-quality knowledge content, including technical documentation, training materials, and user guides that support product development and consumer engagement.

- Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement knowledge management technologies and tools that enhance data accessibility, improve collaboration, and facilitate knowledge sharing among employees.

- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees are equipped to utilize knowledge management systems effectively. Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams in their knowledge sharing practices.

- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and recommend improvements based on performance data.

- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in knowledge management and data analytics, applying this knowledge to enhance company strategies and practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Knowledge Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge engineering, knowledge management, or a related discipline, specifically in the consumer goods sector.

- Proven experience with knowledge management systems, data analytics tools, and content management systems.

- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts as they relate to knowledge management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and software is a plus.
