Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Director to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our pharmaceutical products in the UAE and international markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and branding strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
