We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Materials Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Materials Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of materials engineering within the organization, including research, development, testing, and implementation of new materials and technologies. This position requires a strong background in materials science and engineering, as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development of new materials and technologies
- Oversee materials testing and analysis
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on materials selection and usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement materials engineering solutions
- Manage materials engineering projects from conception to completion
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in materials science and engineering
- Mentor and train junior materials engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in materials engineering
- Strong knowledge of materials testing and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in materials modeling and simulation software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong project management skills
