We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Medical Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the field of agriculture. The Senior Medical Officer will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of all employees working in agricultural settings, as well as developing and implementing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care and treatment to employees in the event of injuries or illnesses on the job
- Conduct regular health screenings and assessments for all agricultural workers
- Develop and implement health and safety protocols in accordance with local regulations and best practices
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical care when needed
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety practices
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports for all employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in occupational health or agriculture
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
