We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management, with experience specifically in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions for our Aerospace and Defense projects.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all network systems.
- Develop and maintain network security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address network issues, and implement solutions to improve network performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in network management, and make recommendations for network upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior network team members, and assist with training and development initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in network management, with a focus on Aerospace and Defense projects.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
