Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive expertise in operations management, process improvement, and strategic planning to enhance our manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic operational initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of results. Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze operational data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train junior consultants and operational staff on best practices and methodologies. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with local regulations and industry standards. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, clients, and regulatory bodies, to foster collaboration and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in operations management, consulting, or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading operational improvement projects and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and trends relevant to the industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
