We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
- Develop financial models and projections to assess the feasibility and profitability of various real estate projects.
- Evaluate and analyze property data, market trends, and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions.
- Provide recommendations and insights to senior management based on thorough analysis and research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to support real estate investment strategies.
- Stay current on industry best practices, regulations, and market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate analysis, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
