We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resource Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources within our Aerospace and Defense division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization to ensure efficient project delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to forecast resource requirements and plan accordingly
- Identify and address resource constraints and bottlenecks that may impact project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource allocation, utilization, and availability
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resource management processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to junior resource management staff and assist in their professional development
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in resource management within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing resources for large-scale projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in resource management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
