We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and risk management, with a focus on protecting critical systems and data within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks within the organization's systems and networks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and analyze security incidents to detect and respond to potential threats in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement security solutions that meet the organization's needs
- Provide guidance and support to junior security analysts and team members
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
