Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, focusing on Information Technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surveying, with a particular emphasis on IT infrastructure, data analysis, and project management. As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our surveying processes, contributing to the successful delivery of IT solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and assessments of IT infrastructure, including networks, data centers, and telecommunication systems.
- Utilize advanced surveying techniques and technologies to gather accurate data and produce detailed reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and IT specialists to develop surveying plans and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze survey data and provide insights for project design, implementation, and optimization.
- Implement and maintain surveying standards and best practices to ensure quality and compliance with industry regulations.
- Mentor and train junior surveyors and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the surveying and IT sectors, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in surveying, with a focus on Information Technology projects.
- Proficiency in surveying software and tools, including GIS applications, AutoCAD, and relevant data analysis software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant local and international surveying standards and regulations.
- Professional certifications in surveying or related fields will be an advantage.
