We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, with a focus on information technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws
- Developing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency
- Advising on tax implications of business decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
- Assisting with tax planning and forecasting
- Preparing and filing tax returns accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax laws
- Keeping up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and training to junior tax specialists

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or other relevant certification preferred
- [X] years of experience in tax consulting or related field
- Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations
- Experience in information technology industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and tax preparation software
