We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team in Sharjah within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with a focus on creating clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create technical documentation for a range of products and services in the transportation and logistics industry
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and online help guides for both internal and external use
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and readability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into documentation as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing to continuously improve the quality of documentation produced

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
