We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Transportation Engineer to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Transportation Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing transportation infrastructure projects to ensure efficient and safe transportation systems in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop transportation plans and designs for roadways, highways, bridges, and other transportation structures
- Conduct traffic impact studies and analyses to assess the impact of new developments on transportation systems
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and urban planners to integrate transportation systems into overall development projects
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians in the transportation department
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on transportation engineering issues to project teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in transportation design and construction
- Coordinate with government agencies, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in public meetings and presentations to communicate project plans and gather feedback from the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and standards in Dubai
