We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriting Analyst to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underwriting and risk assessment, with a focus on the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate risks associated with construction projects, including but not limited to budget constraints, timelines, and potential hazards
- Review and assess insurance applications, policies, and claims to determine coverage and pricing
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts
- Conduct regular market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on underwriting decisions and recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing policies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in underwriting, with a focus on Construction projects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
