Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the SVP of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our Information Technology company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee all operational functions, including IT infrastructure, project management, quality assurance, and customer support.
3. Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
6. Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for operational activities.
7. Implement best practices and process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams in the Information Technology industry.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
