We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Planner to join our team in Sharjah within the Manufacturing industry. As the Senior Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce strategies to optimize staffing levels and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production demands
- Analyze current workforce trends and future staffing needs to identify potential gaps and develop solutions
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to forecast staffing needs and create recruitment plans
- Monitor and analyze key workforce metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain workforce planning tools and models to support decision-making
- Provide guidance and support to junior workforce planners and HR team members

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in workforce planning tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
