We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Writer to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, editing, and content creation specifically within the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit engaging and informative content for various Real Estate projects, including property descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that align with the company's branding and messaging.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, clients, and stakeholders to gather insights and information for articles and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market updates, and competitor activities to ensure content is relevant and competitive.
- Proofread and edit content produced by other team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in writing and editing within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
