We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of financial documents and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of financial documents and materials
- Verify quantities and quality of items received
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling
- Coordinate with couriers and shipping companies to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts
- Communicate with internal departments to coordinate shipping and receiving activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping and receiving regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience in shipping and receiving or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving regulations and procedures
