We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Operations Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The Sports Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sports-related operations within the organization, including partnerships with sports teams, sponsorship deals, and event management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's presence in the sports industry.
- Manage relationships with sports teams, leagues, and governing bodies to secure partnerships and sponsorship deals.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of sports events, including tournaments, matches, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to leverage sports partnerships for brand promotion and customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and developments in sports to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of sports-related initiatives.
- Lead a team of sports operations staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
