We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Assistant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the real estate industry
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate information in our database
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a staffing or recruitment role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE is a plus
