We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, recruitment, and operations management, with a focus on the Information Technology industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes
- Lead a team of staffing coordinators and recruiters, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff to improve recruitment and onboarding processes
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
