Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Planner Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will support the strategic planning process by providing analytical and administrative support, helping to develop and implement strategies that drive the growth and success of our consumer goods portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights relevant to our product lines.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.

2. Strategic Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

3. Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and summary documents for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual strategic reviews, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.

4. Project Coordination:
- Support the execution of various strategic projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with internal teams and external partners.

5. Data Management:
- Maintain and update databases with relevant market and consumer data, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Utilize analytical tools to derive insights from data and support strategic recommendations.

6. Communication:
- Foster effective communication across departments to promote collaboration and share strategic insights.
- Assist in the development of internal communications that promote understanding of strategic initiatives and their impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
