We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and business analysis within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the IT industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive strategic planning efforts
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success of strategic initiatives
- Lead and manage strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on strategic planning decisions and initiatives
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; MBA preferred
- [X] years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or business analysis within the IT industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans and initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
