We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax operations within the education sector and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and optimize tax efficiency
- Manage and oversee all aspects of tax operations, including tax planning, reporting, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address tax-related issues and opportunities
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization
- Lead a team of tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax-related tasks
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on tax matters and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals
- Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT returns, income tax returns, and other tax-related documents
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is preferred
- [6-8] years of experience in tax operations, preferably in the education sector
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively
