Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the Transportation and Logistics sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of technology and operations to enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, project management skills, and a strong understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple technical operations projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

2. Technical Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to identify, design, and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Assess and recommend new technologies and tools to improve logistics processes and systems.

3. Operational Excellence:
- Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in logistics and transportation management.
- Monitor operational KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance and identify trends.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to drive program success.

5. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
- Conduct regular program reviews and post-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

6. Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on new technologies and processes to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in program management, technical operations, or logistics.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and technology integration.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
