We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tour Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Tour Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing educational tours for students in various educational institutions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and travel, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize educational tours for students, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
- Coordinate with educational institutions to create customized tour itineraries that align with their curriculum
- Manage all logistics of the tour, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Serve as the main point of contact for students, teachers, and parents throughout the tour
- Provide on-site support and guidance during the tour to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Work closely with local tour guides and vendors to provide educational and engaging experiences for students
- Maintain accurate records of tour expenses and budgeting
- Evaluate tour feedback and make recommendations for improvements for future tours

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in tour management, event planning, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of Dubai's educational and tourism industry
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
