We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al Ain, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel planning and logistics, with a keen attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and book travel arrangements for pharmaceutical sales representatives, executives, and other company employees
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transportation companies to ensure smooth and efficient travel plans
- Research and recommend travel options that align with company policies and budget constraints
- Provide excellent customer service to all travelers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during their trip
- Keep up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments, including changes in rules and regulations related to pharmaceutical travel
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and provide reports to management as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate group travel for company events or conferences
- Stay current on pharmaceutical industry news and events to better serve clients with relevant travel options

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Travel Agent, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
