We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for coordinating all travel arrangements for employees within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with employees to understand their travel needs and preferences, and ensure that all travel arrangements are made efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of travel planning and booking for employees, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas
- Research and recommend travel options that meet the needs and preferences of employees
- Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and terms for travel bookings
- Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during employees' trips
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date on travel regulations and requirements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Counselor or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
