Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Video Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video production and contribute to the visual storytelling of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assistance in Video Production: Support the video production team in all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production. Tasks may include setting up equipment, preparing locations, and assisting in filming processes.

- Equipment Management: Help manage and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other related tools. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use.

- Content Creation: Assist in brainstorming and developing video concepts that align with our manufacturing processes and brand messaging. Collaborate with team members to create engaging content that highlights our products and services.

- Editing Support: Work alongside the video editor to organize and edit raw footage. Assist in adding graphics, sound, and other enhancements to create polished final products.

- Scheduling and Coordination: Help coordinate shooting schedules, including liaising with internal teams and external partners. Ensure all logistical details are managed effectively to keep production on track.

- Research and Development: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices for video production. Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality of our video content.

- Quality Control: Review footage and final edits for quality assurance. Ensure that all content meets company standards and aligns with our branding guidelines.

- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining project documentation, tracking production schedules, and managing budgets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in video production and editing (1-5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Basic understanding of camera operation and lighting techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Education:

- A degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
