We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse operations policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the facility
- Manage and oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize warehouse operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
