We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Water Resource Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water resource management and a passion for finding sustainable solutions in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting water resource assessments to determine availability and usage within real estate projects
- Developing and implementing water conservation strategies to minimize water waste and promote sustainability
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate water management systems into real estate developments
- Monitoring water quality and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
- Conducting research on new technologies and best practices in water resource management
- Providing training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on water conservation practices
- Developing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Water Resource Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in water resource management within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of local water regulations and sustainability practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and water resource management software
