Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Web Producer to join our team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and producing high-quality web content, ensuring that our digital presence aligns with our business goals and meets the needs of our customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and project management skills to drive the development and maintenance of our web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and publication of digital content across various platforms. Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to produce engaging web pages that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.

- Project Coordination: Manage multiple web production projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set timelines, and track progress.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of web content and design to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Technical Proficiency: Work closely with web developers and IT teams to ensure that the website’s functionality is optimized. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate on website enhancements.

- SEO and Digital Marketing: Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve website visibility and ranking. Collaborate with the marketing team to align web content with digital marketing campaigns.

- User Experience Enhancement: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience. Analyze user behavior and website metrics to inform content strategies.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for all web-related inquiries. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and website performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in web production or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficient in web content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; familiarity with web development frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
