We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Assistant to join our Information Technology team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and supporting the overall wellness and well-being of our employees. This role will involve coordinating wellness programs, providing resources and information on health and wellness, and assisting with the implementation of wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote a healthy work environment
- Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and activities for employees
- Provide resources and information on health and wellness topics
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess employee wellness needs and preferences
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and initiatives
- Assist with the development of wellness policies and procedures
- Maintain and update wellness-related documentation and records
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and research in the field of wellness and well-being
- Support employees in achieving their wellness goals and making positive lifestyle changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Health Promotion, Public Health, or Wellness)
- [X] years of experience in a wellness-related role
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Certification in a relevant wellness or health promotion program is preferred
